Responsibilities
- Design and lead high-impact technical demonstrations for enterprise clients and key partners to drive deal closures
- Lead technical discussions confidently across all levels, from executive leadership to engineering teams
- Provide in-depth training on the platform’s capabilities, design principles, and the strategic value of scalable structured content
- Support clients through RFP processes, architectural evaluations, and proof-of-concept implementations
- Develop and manage reusable demo environments, enablement resources, and technical best practices for team-wide adoption
- Apply deep technical knowledge across industries and complex use cases, including resolving challenging technical issues
- Communicate customer-driven requirements directly to product and engineering teams to help shape future development
- Coach and elevate the technical proficiency of the solutions engineering team across the organization
