At Allium, we're seeking a Solutions Engineer to partner with customers and maximize their value from our blockchain data platform. This technical, customer-facing role involves designing and implementing custom analytics solutions to meet specific data needs.
What You'll Do
- Engage with customers to understand blockchain data requirements and provide expert guidance on using the Allium platform.
- Design and implement tailored data analytics solutions, such as transaction trend dashboards or custom blockchain metric reports.
- Offer ongoing technical support and troubleshoot issues to ensure smooth platform usage.
- Gather customer feedback to inform product improvements and work with product and engineering teams to prioritize new features.
- Create and maintain documentation for customer implementations to support future operations.
What We're Looking For
- 2-5 years of experience in a similar solutions engineering or customer-facing technical role.
- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in programming languages like Python, SQL, and JavaScript, and experience with data analytics tools.
- 2-5 years of experience in data engineering, data analytics, or a similar field, with a track record of designing customer solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, problem-solving abilities, and project management skills to handle multiple customer projects.
- A solid understanding of blockchain technology and its data structures.
Nice to Have
- A Master's degree.
- Knowledge of data security and privacy best practices.
