Sama is searching for an experienced Solutions Engineer to solve customers' most complex problems. In this role, you will straddle our product and sales organizations, working directly with the GTM team to discover client needs and navigate intricate sales cycles.

What You'll Do

Partner with Sama Account Executives and Account Managers to deliver new customer pilots and grow technical relationships with existing customers.
Lead technical scoping and requirements gathering to design complex AI data solutions, providing machine learning expertise through demos, proof-of-concepts, and workshops.
Design, develop, and maintain demos, integrations, and tools for successful pilot programs and customer expansions.
Become an expert in Sama products from both a business and technical standpoint.
Evangelize Sama and engage with customers at major industry events and academic conferences.
Partner with Product and R&D to influence the Product roadmap based on real-time industry insights.
Collaborate with fellow Solutions Engineers and technical teams to share best practices and technical insights.

What We're Looking For

2+ years of industry experience within AI/ML companies.
4+ years of enterprise sales experience, including selling highly technical solutions.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Strong scripting proficiency in Python.
Knowledge of AI and hands-on experience with ML models, with the ability to quickly learn emerging technologies.
Ability to develop and articulate AI solutions that balance technology and humanity while solving business problems.
Demonstrated leadership through strong project management, creative problem solving, and accountability in fast-paced environments.
Exhibited intellectual curiosity and empathy while thriving autonomously in ambiguous situations.
