Responsibilities
- Guide technical discussions after sales, performing in-depth discovery to understand client systems, integration designs, and limitations, then define a clear implementation roadmap.
- Manage the technical onboarding process from initiation to launch, acting as the main technical liaison and working with internal Engineering and Product teams to resolve product shortcomings and ensure sustainable integrations.
- Create and maintain technical documentation for client onboarding, including system architecture diagrams, API lists, and integration specifications used by cross-functional teams.
- Develop and manage a repository of reusable integration tools such as templates, configuration instructions, and onboarding guides to increase consistency and accelerate deployment timelines.
- Lead troubleshooting of difficult technical issues after onboarding, coordinating with Engineering and Support to perform root cause analysis and clearly report outcomes to internal and external parties.
- Oversee pre-launch quality assurance, including sandbox testing and full integration flow validation, to ensure technical excellence before go-live.
- Identify and promote opportunities for AI and automation to enhance efficiency, collaborating with internal teams to advance initiatives from concept to implementation.
