Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience in a related technical field
- Demonstrated ability to lead and integrate diverse perspectives, ideas, and backgrounds to enhance organizational outcomes
- Hands-on experience with agile software development practices and Test-Driven Development (TDD) principles
- Understanding of business fundamentals, decision-making tools, and operational processes relevant to enterprise environments
- Proven commitment to continuous learning and skill development through independent initiative and real-world problem solving
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical architectures and emerging technology trends to non-technical stakeholders
- Superior analytical thinking and teamwork capabilities in cross-functional settings
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with Claude Code for code generation and automation tasks
- Knowledge of MCP plug-in ecosystem, including architectural design and deployment strategies
