Company is looking for a Solution Architect - Remote to lead presales, solution architecture, and project management for our Egypt office. You will be instrumental in driving customer success and technical excellence by delivering outstanding projects centered around the Atlassian ecosystem.

What You'll Do

Collaborate with sales to identify customer needs and propose Atlassian-focused solutions (Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket).
Conduct product demonstrations, proofs of concept, and tailored workshops.
Prepare and deliver compelling RFPs, RFIs, and technical proposals.
Design scalable, secure, and efficient solutions for Atlassian cloud and data center instances.
Guide solution design, architecture, implementation, automations, and integrations across the Atlassian platform.
Oversee and scale the Atlassian ecosystem ensuring best-in-class services.
Implement Jira, Confluence, Jira Service Management as complete solutions (Collaboration, Agile, SDLC/ALM, DevOps).
Provide high-quality customer support for Atlassian products, on-site or remotely.
Collect functional and technical requirements and write technical specifications.
Handle escalations and resolve Atlassian-related issues during service delivery.
Manage and oversee implementation of Atlassian solutions, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and budget.
Communicate project progress, challenges, and solutions to clients and stakeholders.
Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies.
Drive collaboration among cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project delivery.

What We're Looking For

5+ years of Jira administration experience within a large enterprise environment.
Understanding of Atlassian products and their enterprise applications.
Knowledge in cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) and integrating Atlassian tools into cloud environments.
Experience with REST APIs and Web Services.
Conceptual and practical understanding of ITIL and CI/CD.
Know-how in Active Directory, Linux, Web App, DB Servers.
Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical teams.
Customer oriented with a good understanding of milestones, deliverables, and SLAs.
Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and in a team.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.

Nice to Have

Proficiency in Agile methodologies, specifically Kanban and Scrum, is a big plus.
