About the Role
This role focuses on enabling technical success during pre-sales engagements and partner integrations, ensuring alignment between customer needs and platform capabilities across diverse environments in the APAC region.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with sales teams to demonstrate platform capabilities during customer engagements
- Design integration strategies that align with partner and customer technical requirements
- Lead technical discussions with stakeholders to identify implementation pathways
- Develop proof-of-concept environments to validate solution approaches
- Translate business needs into technical architectures using platform features
- Support partner enablement through training and co-development activities
- Document integration patterns and share best practices across regions
- Advocate for customer needs in product feedback loops
- Stay current with regional market trends and competitive landscape
- Deliver technical workshops and presentations to diverse audiences
- Ensure security and compliance considerations are addressed in designs
- Work with engineering teams to clarify technical edge cases
- Assist in crafting responses to technical evaluation questionnaires
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of ecosystem tools and integrations
- Promote adoption of CI/CD and DevOps methodologies in solution designs
- Troubleshoot integration challenges during deployment phases
- Coordinate with global teams to maintain consistent technical messaging
- Contribute to the development of reusable sales enablement assets
- Participate in product roadmap reviews from a customer use-case perspective
- Drive consistency in solution patterns across partner implementations
Nice to Have
