Requirements
- 3+ years in a software quality role
- Strong JavaScript/TypeScript skills
- Experience building E2E frameworks (Cypress, Playwright, etc.)
- API testing know-how
- Awareness of performance and security testing
- A track record of AI-assisted testing: actively integrated AI into workflow—generating test cases, crafting data, simulating edge scenarios, or diagnosing issues faster
- Experience improving CI/CD pipelines (GitLab CI, GitHub Actions)
- Setting up automated, AI-enhanced quality gates
- A true product mindset: looking beyond 'does it work?' to 'does it work for the user, in the real world, without risk?'
- Ownership in ambiguity: building what’s missing, adapting processes to fit the moment, and thriving in a fast-moving startup environment
