Precision AQ is hiring a Software QA Engineer II to join our testing efforts across all departments and business units. This is a hands-on role where you will write and review test scripts, execute them, and create summary documentation for all products and platforms. You will also be a key contributor in shaping and implementing the organization’s testing strategy.
What You'll Do
- Design, develop, and execute automated test scripts for SaaS applications using frameworks like BDD Cucumber or Playwright for data operations
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and product owners to understand requirements and ensure comprehensive test coverage
- Perform regression testing and validate new features and enhancements
- Design and develop test automation scripts using tools like Selenium
- Document defects using a bug tracking system and report them to developers
- Develop and maintain documentation for test plans, test cases, and test results
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement of testing processes
- Stay current with industry trends, particularly in AI and GenAI solutions
- Design and develop tools for applying quality assurance principles (IQ/OQ/PQ) in automated and manual testing
- Optimize the testing process using metrics and analytics from past projects
- Configure and maintain all components of the testing lifecycle
- Follow established change management procedures
- Create shared documentation like WIKI articles for common processes
- Prepare effort estimates for automation projects
- Perform stress and load testing to ensure application performance
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in technology or Engineering (Computer Science or equivalent)
- 2-4 years developing and implementing test plans, scripts, and solutions
- 1+ years of experience with testing automation and tools like Selenium
- Experience with software development tools, open-source technologies, and cloud services (Azure, AWS, Google)
- Experience with GitLab, Azure DevOps, Jira or similar systems for lifecycle management and CI/CD
- Strong experience in software quality assurance, with a focus on automated testing
- Strong experience in testing SaaS applications and data operations
- Expertise in Python, SQL Server, Typescript, or Javascript
- Expertise working in Windows and Unix ecosystems
- Expertise with Apache JMeter, Test Harness, Selenium
- Working knowledge of US Healthcare / Market Access would be an advantage
- May require domestic and/or international travel with overnight stays up to 5%

- Azure AI Fundamental Certification
- Azure Data Fundamentals Certification
