Reflex Robotics is looking for a Software Infrastructure Engineer to build and manage the infrastructure and internal tooling for deploying and supporting our growing fleet of robots. This is a role with high ownership, offering the opportunity to directly shape the product from the ground up as the company scales.
What You'll Do
- Build and manage internal visualization tools to debug issues and enhance system observability.
- Build tools to auto-upload new ML models to robots daily, using benchmarks from learned simulators to check for regressions.
- Build data ingestion pipelines and cloud services to host robot data from the field to enable model training.
- Build remote monitoring and diagnostics tools and dashboards to track fleet status.
- Build deployment infrastructure like feature flags and progressive roll-outs for smooth software and firmware updates.
What We're Looking For
- You have shipped real robots or complex software + hardware products in the past.
- You pride yourself on writing robust, reliable code.
- You understand industry best-practices and how to apply them under changing needs.
