Dana Incorporated seeks a Software Engineering Intern to join the Dana TM4 team. You will contribute to developing clean, efficient, high-performance technology for transportation electrification, working on mission-critical embedded systems to help revolutionize transportation.
What You'll Do
- Program mission-critical embedded systems for engine control, vehicles, and power generation.
- Integrate and debug control algorithms, servo-controls, and simulations.
- Analyze schematic and practical electrical and electronic circuits.
- Perform design validation and verification on products.
- Document your work thoroughly.
- Participate actively in design reviews.
What We're Looking For
- Current student in electrical engineering, computer science, or an equivalent field.
- Hands-on experience programming in C and C++.
- Experience with software development tools like GIT, Azure DevOps, Enterprise Architect (UML), and JIRA.
- Familiarity with 32-bit microcontrollers (Infineon, TI, ARM, etc.).
- Experience using tools such as a JTAG debugger and Oscilloscope.
- A proactive, autonomous work style.
- Ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary teams.
- Demonstrated ability to document work clearly.
- Fluency in spoken and written French and English.
Nice to Have
- Experience with Matlab and Simulink.
