Responsibilities
- Manage projects from planning through launch, ensuring stakeholder alignment and high quality.
- Develop expertise in business domains and technical systems to understand the Treasury ecosystem and money movement, with team support.
- Enhance system resilience and maintain high reliability and accuracy for the ledger and orchestrated funds flows.
- For senior level: Guide architectural strategy and address complex technical challenges to ensure scalable growth.
Requirements
- Demonstrate curiosity about business and technical systems, with a drive to understand root causes and impacts on the financial ecosystem.
- Apply a structured learning approach, building complete mental models of complex systems with a growth mindset.
