Jobgether is hiring a Software Engineer to join its dynamic, fully remote team driving innovative solutions in the creator and brand collaboration space. You will work within a lean, cross-functional team that owns the entire lifecycle of its features, contributing to scalable, high-performance applications with a focus on frontend development while also touching backend and infrastructure components.
What You'll Do
- Develop and maintain frontend applications as part of an end-to-end feature team.
- Operate and monitor applications using observability tools such as Grafana and Sentry.
- Write and maintain internal documentation and contribute to shared engineering standards.
- Ensure high-quality deliverables through comprehensive unit and end-to-end testing.
- Manage CI/CD pipelines to keep them fast, reliable, and efficient.
- Maintain and evolve infrastructure using Infrastructure-as-Code tools such as Pulumi.
- Participate in design discussions, contribute to technical decisions, and help implement best practices.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in building and operating software applications.
- Strong expertise in at least one modern, strongly typed language such as TypeScript, Go, Rust, Java, or C#.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Ability to collaborate effectively in a remote, distributed team.
- Solid understanding of software engineering fundamentals including data structures, algorithms, and API design.
- Experience with testing, debugging, and performance optimization.
- Based in Europe within the CE(S)T ±1 timezone.
Nice to Have
- Experience in fully remote environments with a high level of autonomy.
- Knowledge of server-side Node.js in TypeScript.
- Familiarity with distributed systems, REST API design, or full-stack development.
- Experience working with cloud platforms, SQL databases, or Infrastructure-as-Code tools (Pulumi, Terraform).
- Understanding of observability and monitoring (OpenTelemetry, Grafana).
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, or Cloudflare Workers.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and GitHub Actions.
