About the role: We are recruiting a Software Engineer specialized in customer experience platforms with a passion for developing intelligent, data-driven applications. As a key contributor to our Post-Sales Systems team, you'll design and implement solutions that expand our Voice of the Customer (VOC) programs. Your primary focus will involve developing and managing our Qualtrics XM platform, constructing robust integrations using Workato and APIs, and applying emerging AI technologies to derive customer feedback insights. This position requires exceptional technical skills, comfort navigating uncertain technological domains, and the ability to iterate rapidly. You'll collaborate across Customer Support, Product, and Marketing teams to transform conceptual ideas into production-ready AI solutions, ensuring systems are intelligent, scalable, reliable, and secure. This role is available for candidates residing in the US, excluding Alaska, California, Denver metro, Connecticut, Chicago metro, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York, Rhode Island, Austin metro, Dallas metro, Houston metro, Washington, and Washington DC metro. In this role, you will: - Design comprehensive Voice of the Customer programs on Qualtrics XM Platform - Develop scalable integrations between Qualtrics and critical business systems - Manage full project development lifecycles - Deploy AI-powered models for unstructured feedback analysis - Partner with cross-functional teams to enhance customer journey insights Minimum requirements: - 4+ years Qualtrics administration experience - 2+ years text analytics platform expertise - 1+ years enterprise iPaaS integration experience - API design and development proficiency - Strong data modeling capabilities - Autonomous project management skills Ideal candidate characteristics: - Qualtrics CustomerXM Expert Certification - SQL proficiency - Data visualization tool experience - JavaScript scripting knowledge - Direct experience integrating Qualtrics with enterprise platforms Compensation Philosophy: Samsara offers competitive total compensation, including base salary, bonuses, and potential restricted stock unit awards.
