What You'll Do
Design and manage robust data pipelines that collect, standardize, and verify marketing data from platforms including Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, Product Listing Ads, and AppsFlyer. Build intelligent automation systems to optimize bidding strategies, budget allocation, creative testing, and campaign performance. Implement accurate attribution models using MMPs, SKAN, postbacks, and deduplication logic to ensure reliable measurement. Work hand-in-hand with cross-functional teams to turn marketing hypotheses into reliable, production-grade systems that scale with business growth.
What We're Looking For
You have at least five years of experience in software development with direct involvement in performance marketing systems. You're familiar with paid media ecosystems—especially Google Ads (including Shopping and PLA), Meta Ads, and TikTok Ads—and have worked with measurement tools like AppsFlyer, Adjust, or Branch. You understand how attribution models function, from last-click to multi-touch and SKAN-based approaches, and are skilled in conversion tracking, event modeling, and campaign optimization. Your backend expertise includes Python, Java, or Go, and you’re proficient with SQL, data warehouses, and ETL/ELT processes. Experience with streaming data is a plus.
Nice-to-Have Skills
- Knowledge of SKAdNetwork, Privacy Sandbox, or ATT-related changes
- Experience managing product feeds for PLAs, including pricing, inventory, and disapproval handling
- Familiarity with A/B testing frameworks or lift study methodologies
- Background in consumer apps, marketplaces, or e-commerce environments

Work Model
This is a hybrid role. Team members are expected to live within commuting distance of Seattle, New York City, San Francisco, or Los Angeles, with flexibility to work remotely or from one of our office hubs. In-person collaboration supports planning, problem-solving, and team connection.
