The intern will contribute to developing and enhancing shared infrastructure that supports key platforms. This role involves working on scalable systems, collaborating with engineering teams, and participating in all stages of the product lifecycle with guidance and mentorship.
Responsibilities
- Develop tools and features that enhance the development experience for fellow engineers
- Enhance the performance, scalability, and dependability of core platforms
- Engage in all phases of product development, from ideation and design through implementation and deployment
- Work closely with technical and non-technical stakeholders to identify and address challenges faced by developers and customers
- Design and implement infrastructure solutions to resolve developer and customer issues
Requirements
- Academic background in Computer Science, Mathematics, Software Engineering, Physics, or a related engineering field
- Knowledge of data structures, storage systems, cloud platforms, front-end frameworks, and other relevant technologies
- Programming experience in languages such as Java, C++, Python, TypeScript, JavaScript, or comparable languages
- Expected graduation in 2027
- This internship should be the final one prior to graduation
- Must have an active US Security clearance or be eligible and willing to obtain one

Compensation
Estimated $10,500/month. Total compensation varies based on qualifications, experience, skills, and other factors; does not include benefits or potential long-term incentives.
