Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end development of integrations linking the platform to third-party systems including emergency dispatch centers, government databases, and law enforcement tools.
- Define and guide technical architecture for scalable solutions using RESTful APIs, message brokers, and event-based processing.
- Work cross-functionally with product managers, engineers, and external partners to establish consistent API specifications and integration designs.
- Improve code quality by advancing best practices in peer reviews and development standards.
- Develop and implement testing approaches for integrations, including monitoring, logging, and real-time data flow visibility.
- Advocate for robustness in performance, fault tolerance, and secure data handling within distributed service ecosystems.
- Engage in agile planning, team roadmaps, and long-term technical direction for integration capabilities.
