Responsibilities
- Design and sustain features within the marketing technology stack and mobile apps, expanding knowledge across product domains
- Create and enhance integrations with platforms for marketing automation, analytics, attribution, and content management
- Support backend systems, APIs, and data workflows that enable targeted campaigns, user segmentation, and message distribution
- Partner with stakeholders in Marketing, Product, and Analytics to convert business needs into technical implementations
- Engage in system design and architectural planning, contributing ideas for next-generation platform capabilities
- Work directly in the codebase and actively participate in peer code reviews
- Guide junior engineers in their professional growth and technical development
- Collaborate on building and deploying solutions designed for scalability and reliability
- Support project planning, effort estimation, and execution based on input from team leads and stakeholders
- Utilize AI-powered development tools to enhance coding efficiency and improve software quality
