Responsibilities
- Develop and support new product features while actively expanding knowledge across different areas of the platform
- Engage with product owners to understand functionality and provide actionable feedback for enhancements
- Contribute ideas during design and architecture discussions to shape future platform capabilities
- Work directly with the codebase and participate in peer code reviews
- Guide and support early-career engineers through mentorship
- Collaborate with teams to develop and release scalable technical solutions
- Support project planning, effort estimation, and execution based on stakeholder input
- Participate in an on-call rotation to address live production issues
