We are looking for a skilled and entrepreneurial Full Stack Engineer to help launch and develop early-stage ventures. You will drive technical innovation by rapidly prototyping solutions, building MVPs, and creating scalable architectures across multiple startups within the studio.
Responsibilities
- Become a founding technical member, influencing both product direction and company growth.
- Design and implement proofs of concept, minimum viable products, and scalable systems using various technologies.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to quickly test and validate new ideas.
- Champion coding standards, contribute to code reviews, and support agile development practices.
- Take full ownership of projects, balancing strategic architecture with hands-on implementation.
- Adapt quickly to changing priorities and thrive in uncertain, fast-evolving environments.
Requirements
- Minimum of 6 years of experience working with technologies such as TypeScript, React, Next.js, Node.js, or similar.
- Proven background in designing scalable backend services, APIs, SaaS platforms, and automated systems.
- Experience operating effectively in startup settings with comfort navigating ambiguity and risk.
- Strong commitment to building clean, efficient, and developer-centric APIs.
- Demonstrated ability to take products from initial concept through MVP and further development.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a willingness to take on diverse roles and responsibilities.
- Leadership experience with the ability to guide projects and support team members.
- Self-driven individual who excels in a remote, collaborative work environment.
Nice to Have
- Hands-on experience with AI, agentic systems, robotic process automation, or web scraping techniques.
- Familiarity with tools including Docker, Kubernetes, Django, AWS S3, or Vercel.
- A portfolio demonstrating full-stack capabilities with substantial frontend and backend work.
