Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a STEM field from an accredited institution with two years of software engineering experience, or a Master's in a STEM field with no experience required, or a PhD in a STEM field with no experience required.
- Proficiency in at least one object-oriented programming language such as Java, JavaScript, C++, C#, Python, or Swift, along with understanding of the software development lifecycle.
- Hands-on experience with a change management tracking tool such as Jira, ClearQuest, or Asana.
- Demonstrated experience using a configuration management system like GIT, GitLab, GitHub, Bitbucket, or Subversion.
- Active DoD Secret clearance with eligibility to obtain and maintain special program access (PAR) before starting employment.
Nice to Have
- Experience working with cloud platforms including AWS, VMWare, Azure, or Kubernetes.
- Familiarity with agile software development methodologies such as Kanban, Scrum, or Scrumban.
- Understanding of software metrics and measurement practices.
- Experience configuring virtual machines and virtual networks using technologies like VPC, NSX-T, or NSX-V.
- Background in static and dynamic code analysis techniques.
- Operational knowledge of cyber remediation processes and the Risk Management Framework (RMF).
- Hold a certification from VMWare, AWS, or Cisco.
- Possess an active DoD Secret clearance with eligibility for Top Secret clearance.
- Current Special Access Program (SAP) clearance.
