As a Software Engineer on the DevOps team, you will design, maintain, and refine high-performance infrastructure powering a next-generation cryptocurrency trading platform. Your focus will be on achieving ultra-low latency and exceptional reliability across hybrid environments, combining cloud and on-prem deployments to support high-frequency trading strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and enhance a distributed, low-latency trading platform across multiple cloud and on-premises environments.
- Optimize performance at every layer—network, operating system, and application—to ensure system resilience and speed.
- Improve developer productivity by integrating automation, modern tooling, and robust infrastructure practices into daily workflows.
- Identify, test, and deploy emerging technologies that advance system scalability, efficiency, and operational excellence.
What We Look For
You bring a strong software engineering background with at least five years of hands-on development or systems work. You have practical experience debugging containerized applications, managing Kubernetes clusters, and working with Docker. Your knowledge extends to networking fundamentals, system profiling, and application monitoring.
You think critically about distributed systems and understand the trade-offs in scalability and performance. You use metrics, logs, and monitoring data proactively to guide improvements, troubleshoot deep technical issues, and validate changes. You work independently, set your own priorities, and deliver results without oversight.
Direct, honest communication is part of your approach. You speak plainly, challenge assumptions when needed, and commit fully once decisions are made. Ego has no place in your workflow—collaboration is built on mutual respect and technical clarity.

Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary: 80,000 € – 150,000 € per year, with potential for higher in specific cases
