Constructor is looking for a Software Engineer to join its Core Team. You will build and operate the foundational systems that power every request flowing through Constructor's in-house search engine, designing, building, and maintaining critical infrastructure to ensure performance, stability, and reliability across the globe.
What You'll Do
- Design, build, and maintain critical infrastructure and services that underpin the entire product.
- Help ensure performance, stability, and reliability of the platform across the globe.
What We're Looking For
- A strong foundation in computer science, including algorithms, data structures, concurrency, and systems design.
- Experience building and scaling high-traffic, high-availability backend systems.
- Experience designing and operating backend infrastructure, including deployment automation, capacity planning, and observability.
- Comfort working across different layers of the stack, from performance-critical code to production operations.
- Ability to collaborate effectively and contribute to a positive, ownership-driven team culture.
