Our Universal Data Hub (UDH) powers seamless data flow through inbound and outbound integrations with major digital marketing and analytics platforms. The ideal candidate is passionate about building distributed systems that process large-scale event data, enabling customers to take immediate, data-driven action through real-time personalization and automation. YOUR DAY TO DAY - Partner closely with software engineers, architects, DevOps, and Product Managers to design and deliver high-quality solutions. - Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable applications using modern Java frameworks. - Actively participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, contributing to planning, estimation, and continuous improvement. - Contribute to architectural design discussions, test planning, and operational excellence initiatives. - Participate in peer code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices. - Research, evaluate, and recommend new technologies or design approaches to improve performance, scalability, and reliability. WHAT YOU BRING - BS, MS in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline - 2+ years Java development experience using a modern Java framework. Spring, Quarkus - Desire to learn new technologies - Strong knowledge of modern software engineering principles, patterns and best-practices - Understanding of microservices architecture - Experience in designing and supporting high-traffic, highly available systems - Hands-on experience with both NoSQL and relational databases, such as DynamoDB, PostgreSQL, MySQL, Redshift, Redis, Cassandra, and Snowflake - Strong communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain technical concepts to team members, architects, and team leads - Experience deploying and managing software on cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, and Azure - Exposure to distributed messaging and streaming technologies, RabbitMQ, Kinesis, Kafka - Understanding of modern DevOps concepts.
