What You'll Do
Engineer intuitive, full-stack borrower experiences across web and mobile platforms, leveraging AI to improve self-service efficiency and payment outcomes. Translate complex servicing workflows into simple, scalable interfaces that reduce reliance on manual support. Develop and maintain integrated systems that connect backend services with modern frontend frameworks, ensuring seamless user journeys.
Lead experimentation initiatives using A/B testing, analytics, and observability tools to measure and enhance borrower engagement. Work closely with Product, Design, and Analytics teams to define and deliver high-impact features. Contribute to architectural decisions that align distributed systems into a unified, reliable experience for borrowers.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field (or equivalent experience) plus three years in software development
- Minimum of three years building scalable web or mobile applications in a professional setting
- Proficiency in one or more programming languages and modern development frameworks
- Proven experience designing APIs, microservices, and distributed systems in cloud environments
- Track record of delivering projects that span multiple systems or engineering teams
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with LLM-powered or agentic systems
- Familiarity with analytics platforms and experimentation tools
- Background in fintech or customer-facing financial products
- Knowledge of modern frontend frameworks and deployment infrastructure
- Ability to collaborate across disciplines to deliver cohesive user experiences
- Experience designing systems with reliability, safety, and explainability in mind
