Responsibilities
- Develop high-capacity backend infrastructure to support growth to millions of users
- Connect with external platforms such as payment processors, accounting tools, and customer relationship management systems
- Enhance the speed and efficiency of the GraphQL API to improve field team productivity
- Design reusable system components for workflows like billing, document handling, task management, and customer messaging
- Release open-source frameworks that standardize and accelerate application development
- Deliver production-ready code and participate in peer code reviews
- Produce technical architecture documentation and deliver design specifications
- Engage in product ideation and requirement scoping, as interest allows
- Contribute to design discussions and collaborative planning sessions, as desired
