Responsibilities
- Design and improve frontend applications that handle intricate clinician processes such as evaluations, session management, and report generation
- Create, sustain, and optimize backend systems, APIs, and data structures that enable clinical operations and reporting
- Construct pipelines for ingesting, transforming, and generating reports from both structured and unstructured data sources
- Support the development of AI-powered tools that enhance clinical decision-making, automation, and insights
- Work across frontend and backend layers to deliver cohesive, end-to-end product functionality
- Maintain high standards of system reliability, scalability, and performance for data-intensive applications
- Engage in architectural planning, peer code reviews, and internal knowledge transfer activities
- Identify and resolve technical issues spanning backend services, data flows, and user interfaces
- Collaborate with product and design teams to convert clinical needs into effective technical implementations
- Keep current with evolving best practices in both frontend and backend software development
