Responsibilities
- Develop and deploy machine learning models to identify and counteract security risks such as fraud, malicious activity, and insider threats.
- Construct and manage end-to-end data pipelines covering data collection, feature extraction, model training, validation, and deployment.
- Utilize anomaly detection, natural language processing, graph-based methods, and behavioral analytics for security applications.
- Integrate artificial intelligence solutions into live systems ensuring high availability and minimal response time.
- Collaborate with security, platform, and operations teams to incorporate intelligent safeguards into current platforms and processes.
- Track model effectiveness, respond to performance degradation, and iteratively enhance detection precision and robustness.
- Investigate new attack vectors and adversarial methods, including attacks on machine learning systems, to strengthen proactive defenses.
- Support incident response efforts by delivering data-driven insights and automated detection tools.
