EX Squared is looking for a Software Engineer, Android to join our engineering team. This role is focused on building and maintaining our Android applications. You'll work remotely from Spain as part of our distributed team.
What You'll Do
- Design, build, and maintain high-quality Android applications
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement new features
- Write clean, maintainable code and conduct code reviews
- Identify and correct bottlenecks, fix bugs, and improve application performance
- Stay updated with the latest Android technologies and best practices
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience developing Android applications with Kotlin
- Strong understanding of Android SDK, different Android versions, and device compatibility
- Experience with RESTful APIs to connect Android applications to back-end services
- Knowledge of Android UI design principles, patterns, and best practices
- Familiarity with continuous integration and version control systems
- Ability to work effectively in a remote, distributed team environment
Work Mode
This is a remote position open to candidates located within Spain. You'll work in a local-country remote mode.
