EX Squared is hiring a Software Engineer, Android to contribute to the development of our mobile applications. You will work as part of our engineering team to create robust and user-focused Android software.
What You'll Do
- Design, build, and maintain high-quality Android applications
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement new features
- Write clean, maintainable, and testable code following best practices
- Identify and correct bottlenecks, fix bugs, and improve application performance
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience developing Android applications with Kotlin and Java
- Strong understanding of Android SDK, different Android versions, and device fragmentation
- Knowledge of modern Android development tools and libraries (Jetpack components, Coroutines, etc.)
- Experience with RESTful APIs to connect Android applications to back-end services
- Familiarity with Git and continuous integration
Nice to Have
- Experience with Jetpack Compose
- Familiarity with dependency injection frameworks like Dagger or Hilt
- Knowledge of reactive programming patterns
- Experience with automated testing suites
Work Mode
This is a remote position open to candidates located within Czechia. You must be legally authorized to work in the country.
