Responsibilities
- Own feature development from concept to deployment, ensuring high-quality, scalable, and maintainable solutions.
- Participate in design and architecture discussions for new features and system improvements to build durable, forward-looking systems.
- Enforce high code standards by writing thorough test cases and conducting detailed code reviews to meet coding and architectural guidelines.
- Collaborate effectively within an Agile/Scrum framework, actively contributing to sprint activities and meeting sprint goals on schedule.
- Provide timely resolution for production issues through systematic debugging and root cause analysis to maintain system reliability.
- Follow team processes, coding standards, and management directives to ensure alignment with organizational goals and promote a cooperative team culture.
