Nokia is hiring a Junior Software Engineer trainee for its Mobile Infrastructure business group in Timisoara. This part-time role places you at the forefront of 5G, ORAN, and vRAN technologies, working within an agile, cross-functional team to advance global connectivity.

What You'll Do

Write program codes and produce detailed specifications.
Work closely with analysts, designers, and test engineers.
Review current systems and present ideas for improvements, including refactoring.
Test products in controlled, real-world situations before deployment.

What We're Looking For

Current enrollment in a Bachelor's or Master's university degree in computer science or electronics.
Basic knowledge of C++, design patterns, software quality metrics, static code analyzers, and black-box/white-box testing for state machines.
Basic understanding of Agile methodologies, test-driven development, continuous integration, and code coverage.
Fluent English communication skills, both written and oral.
A drive to learn continuously and quickly in an ambitious and resourceful way.
