Talroo is hiring a Software Engineer to design, build, test, and support applications by translating business requirements into functional software. In this role, you will be responsible for the full lifecycle of application components, including debugging and prototyping.

What You'll Do

Design, build, test, assemble, support, and configure applications using business requirements.
Resolve incidents and provide customer support through voice interaction, email, chat, or remote sessions.
Debug existing code to identify and eliminate errors.
Develop prototypes to demonstrate possible applications of new technologies.
Create technical documentation such as flowcharts and diagrams of program structures.

What We're Looking For

Master’s Degree in Computer Science or a related field.
Experience building or developing database analytics or applications.
Experience developing web applications using Java or scripting languages like PHP or Python.
Experience working in an AWS/Linux environment.
Proficiency in SQL.
You must pass a pre-hire technical assessment.
You must reside in the greater Austin metro area or be willing to relocate to Austin.
