Emma, a product of Marigold Group, is seeking an entry-level Software Engineer to join our team. You will build elegant and reliable tooling for email marketing customers, working across the full stack. In this role, you will have opportunities to contribute to various development areas and grow your skills within a supportive environment.
What You'll Do
- Build and ship code that solves real problems for real customers.
- Collaborate in code reviews, share ideas, learn from others, and help raise the bar on quality and best practices.
- Get hands-on with how Emma builds intuitive, scalable tooling for marketing teams.
What We're Looking For
- Early-career developer or recent graduate with a strong interest in software engineering.
- Demonstrated curiosity and willingness to learn new technologies, frameworks, and best practices.
- Passion for building quality products with the end user in mind.
- Comfortable working across different areas of the codebase and contributing where needed.
- Strong collaboration skills and openness to feedback and continuous improvement.
Nice to Have
- Foundational experience or exposure to modern technologies such as React, Python, AWS, or similar tools.

- Compensation range: $70,000 - $80,000 annually.
