Captivation Software is looking for a Software Engineer 1 to join our team. In this mid-level role, you will assist with daily responsibilities and build solutions to support vital national missions. We take pride in developing innovative, effective systems.

What You'll Do

Build solutions to support the mission to protect our country.
Assist with daily engineering responsibilities.
Develop and integrate AI/ML capabilities.
Design and implement high-performance, GPU-enabled applications.
Work with large-scale streaming data analytic systems.
Manage and provision AWS infrastructure using Terraform.

What We're Looking For

Must currently hold a Top Secret/SCI U.S. Government security clearance with a favorable Polygraph.
All candidates must be a U.S. citizen.
Seven (7) years of experience as a SWE in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related discipline from an accredited college or university.
Four (4) years of additional SWE experience on projects with similar software processes may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree.
AI/ML development or integration experience.
Terraform experience with AWS.
Experience with writing high-performance/GPU-enabled applications.
Experience with large-scale streaming data analytic systems.

Benefits & Compensation

Annual Salary: $130,000 - $270,000 (Depends on the Years of Experience)
