FMNE Insurance is seeking a Software Development Manager to join our growing IT Department. This is a people-first technical leadership role focused on building capable teams, developing engineers, and creating the environment for high-quality, sustainable software delivery. You will provide technical guidance and partner with Product Owners to translate business goals into effective solutions, all within a company built on core values of Integrity, Service, Excellence, Stability, Strength, Respect, and Teamwork.
What You'll Do
- Build strong, capable, and continuously improving development teams.
- Develop engineers and strengthen delivery practices.
- Create the conditions for high-quality software to be produced sustainably.
- Provide technical guidance and context, and support sound decision-making.
- Partner closely with Product Owners and business stakeholders to translate goals into effective, maintainable solutions.

- Must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
