Requirements

- Demonstrated background in producing digital content for TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube, including on-camera participation or filming.
- Solid grasp of social media key performance indicators, measurement metrics, and tracking methods.
- Proven ability to plan, execute, and refine paid social media advertising initiatives.
- Direct experience using content creation and video editing software such as Canva, CapCut, or comparable tools.
- Familiarity with productivity platforms including Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
- Effective time management with the capacity to oversee several concurrent campaigns.
- Ability to collaborate across teams in a dynamic, performance-focused setting.
- Creative thinking paired with a reliance on data to guide decisions.
