Responsibilities
- Monitor and respond to user discussions on Reddit and Twitter/X in a timely and authentic manner
- Identify emerging topics and trends within online communities
- Support the development of community guidelines and moderation practices
- Collaborate with content creators to produce platform-appropriate messaging
- Escalate technical or policy issues to internal teams as needed
- Track sentiment and feedback from community members
- Help organize and promote community events and campaigns
- Maintain consistency in voice and messaging across platforms
- Engage with both new and established community members
- Report on key community metrics and engagement outcomes
- Contribute to crisis communication plans when necessary
- Ensure compliance with platform rules and company policies
- Facilitate feedback loops between users and product teams
- Assist in onboarding and training for new community moderators
- Use analytics tools to measure community growth and activity
- Develop responses to frequently asked questions
- Promote inclusive and constructive dialogue
- Stay updated on evolving social media features and norms
- Coordinate with marketing and PR teams on announcements
