You will play a pivotal role in designing and developing autonomous workflows where intelligent agents collaborate, reason, and execute to deliver sophisticated, context-aware recruiting experiences at massive scale. You'll be part of a global, high-impact team reshaping professional connections across Germany, Poland, the United Kingdom, and the United States - in a culture prioritizing autonomy, innovation, and measurable outcomes.
