Saab Australia is looking for a Site Security Officer to support business operations and security work at our facilities in Sweden and abroad. This role is vital for ensuring our sites meet stringent security requirements in a changing world.
What You'll Do
- Support business operations in risk analyses.
- Lead security work during events.
- Act as an expert in projects concerning properties and external protection to ensure security requirements are handled during new construction and renovations.
- Establish good contacts with relevant authorities.
- Develop ongoing security measures based on the global situation and a changing threat landscape.
- Provide support to projects and operations within logistics and transport security.
- Lead, plan, and control facility protection at operational sites to meet internal and external requirements.
- Conduct systematic audits.
- Establish and maintain local access regulations and photo permits.
What We're Looking For
- A university degree or equivalent competence acquired through work experience in security and risk management.
- Good communication skills in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing.
- A valid driver's license.
Nice to Have
- Experience in security work from the government sector or a global organization, preferably in an international environment.
- Specialist knowledge in physical security, such as Swedish building standards for the area.
Team & Environment
You will be part of an engaged team within the Surveillance business area, reporting directly to the Head of Physical and Site Security for that area.

This is an onsite position based in Huskvarna, Sweden.
