WWBP-Bip Group is hiring a Site Reliability Engineer to join the DevOps team within the xTech solution area. You will strengthen operational governance, reliability, and resilience for our managed application platforms. This role works closely with development, DevSecOps, infrastructure, and security teams to ensure stability, observability, and continuous improvement of services.
What You'll Do
- Define and monitor SLOs, SLAs, and SLIs.
- Implement monitoring, logging, and observability solutions.
- Manage and improve Incident Management processes.
- Conduct post-mortem analysis and define preventive actions.
- Automate operational tasks through scripting and Infrastructure as Code.
- Support development teams in designing resilient applications.
- Optimize performance and conduct capacity planning.
- Contribute to the standardization of CI/CD pipelines.
- Reduce MTTR and improve overall system stability.
- Monitor and manage integration flows (API, MQ, batch).
- Supervise queues and manage DLQs.
- Provide technical support during cut-over and hypercare phases.
- Monitor and optimize high-volume data batch jobs.
- Analyze performance on MDM systems and relational databases.
What We're Looking For
- Experience in Cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Knowledge of containers and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Experience with monitoring tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Datadog, Splunk).
- Knowledge of CI/CD (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, Bamboo).
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation, ARM).
- Familiarity with concepts of resilience, high availability, and disaster recovery.
- Troubleshooting skills on distributed systems.
Nice to Have
- Experience in enterprise or regulated environments.
- Knowledge of DevSecOps practices.
- Experience managing multi-tenant environments.
- Cloud certifications (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Knowledge of scripting languages (Python, Bash, Go).
- Experience in mission-critical or regulated environments (utilities, energy, finance).
