Responsibilities
- Configure and manage systems that schedule and run large-scale batch operations across Kubernetes environments.
- Identify and resolve issues causing job failures on behalf of customers.
- Work with internal teams to assess workload demands and enhance platform functionality.
- Improve system reliability and operational speed by expanding automation across processes.
- Create and maintain detailed runbooks to document procedures and support future automation efforts.
- Take part in an on-call schedule to ensure production services meet defined reliability targets.
- Develop and enhance platform tools, automation scripts, and CI/CD pipelines.
