What You'll Do
- Lead the end-to-end design process for key product areas
- Develop and articulate a clear design vision and strategy
- Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs
- Partner closely with product management and engineering teams
- Mentor and provide design guidance to other designers
- Advocate for user-centered design principles across the organization
What We're Looking For
- 7+ years of product design experience for complex software applications
- A strong portfolio showcasing your design process and shipped work
- Expert proficiency with modern design and prototyping tools
- Proven ability to lead design projects from concept to execution
- Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills
- Experience designing for enterprise/B2B SaaS platforms
