EY is looking for a ServiceNow Solution Architect who is passionate about the platform and dedicated to producing excellent customer experiences and highly supportable solutions. You will work directly with clients to deliver great ServiceNow implementations, helping build a better working world.
What You'll Do
- Define scope and provide technical advisory services to assist clients implementing a ServiceNow program of work.
- Understand client requirements and translate them into workable system solutions, creating architecture design documentation and ServiceNow roadmaps.
- Create and maintain Platform Implementation Roadmaps and provide hands-on assistance with the detailed design and implementation approach of selected engagements.
- Demonstrate product and technical leadership on ServiceNow engagements.
- Work with a team of technical and functional analysts, solution architects, and delivery managers to deliver incredible ServiceNow solutions for clients.
What We're Looking For
- An ability to define, at an architectural and design level of detail, technical solutions aligned with client business problems.
- More than 4 years experience working with the ServiceNow platform, including designing and implementing solutions.
- Fundamental understanding of key technologies relevant to ServiceNow integration solutions: SSO, SAML, SSL, SOAP/REST Web Services, LDAP, JDBC/ODBC; well-versed in the CSDM 3.0 framework and an understanding of popular coding languages.
- A keen eye for detail with strong problem-solving skills and an ability to think outside the box.
- The ability to build strong and credible relationships with business and technical stakeholders at all levels of the business.
- The ability to self-manage and develop skills independently while contributing to the capability set of the broader team.
- A bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Systems Management, Engineering or similar discipline, supported by experience in a similar technical environment.
