Henry Schein One LLC is looking for a Service Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for installing, modifying, and demonstrating new dental equipment in our customers' dental practices. You will work directly with dentists and their teams to ensure a smooth installation process and complete customer satisfaction.
What You'll Do
- Install dental equipment by collaborating with the dentist and other team members, following agreed-upon drawings.
- Assemble, fix, and perform electrical wiring and plumbing using appropriate tools to meet manufacturers' specifications.
- Verify equipment functions correctly by checking for leaks, noises, and other operational issues.
- Complete installations to the highest standard within the allocated time, working with pre-installed services.
- Install secondary devices into new or existing equipment setups.
- Demonstrate installed equipment to ensure the customer understands and is happy with its operation.
- Maintain a clean and tidy work site after completing the installation.
- Act as a professional ambassador for the company at all customer sites.
- Liaise between the Installation Supervisor, Salesperson, and Customer to resolve any unclear issues.
- Maintain accurate records of installations, company equipment, tools, your vehicle, and phone.
- Undertake cabinetry modifications and perform manufacturers' warranty work.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum of 3+ years of hands-on electrical experience.
- Certification in Electrical Installation work that includes documented practical experience.
- Basic numeracy and literacy skills.
- Working knowledge of hydraulics, mechanical systems, electrical systems, x-rays, and air and water systems.
- Strong customer interpersonal and communication skills.
Team & Environment
You will report directly to the Field Service Manager.

Work Mode
This role requires on-site work at customer locations and is not a remote position.
