Solenis is hiring a Service Technician III to be a key technical resource supporting chemical applications at customer sites. You will be trained to perform a variety of tasks including lab testing, equipment maintenance, and inventory control to ensure optimal program performance.
What You'll Do
- Perform routine testing and monitoring at the customer site, including data entry and contributing to service report preparation.
- Interface with the customer to understand any issues with chemicals or feed equipment.
- Manage product inventory at the customer site, including handling deliveries and offloading to customer tanks.
- Adjust chemical feed levels based on routine testing to meet optimal performance targets.
- Support the management of chemical deliveries at the customer site.
- Alert the site manager of any problems or opportunities and begin to troubleshoot issues.
- Conduct expanded testing of process variables to identify dosage improvements or mechanical impacts.
- Spec out, set up, maintain, and troubleshoot Solenis monitoring and feed equipment.
- Work with the site team and customers to ensure optimal program performance.
Team & Environment
Works with a local Solenis team and reports to a site manager.
