Syntegon Technology (Thailand) Co., Ltd. is looking for a Service Engineer to provide critical technical support to customers in the Asia/Pacific region. In this role, you will be responsible for commissioning, installing, and servicing advanced packaging and processing machinery, ensuring optimal performance and customer satisfaction.

What You'll Do

Support commissioning and installations of new machines at customer sites and company centers.
Perform field service activities including preventative maintenance, calibrations, overhauls, fault finding, and spare parts listing.
Provide customers and internal teams with technical advice on-site or via telecommunication.
Recommend necessary technical improvements such as overhauls, modernizations, modifications, and spare parts replacements.
Complete all related reporting, explain service jobs to customers, and create follow-up lists for open points.

What We're Looking For

Bachelor's degree in mechatronic or a related field.
Approximately 3-5 years of pre-knowledge in field service.
Approximately 3 years of working experience in the packaging industry.
Good verbal and written English skills.
Good Bahasa Indonesia spoken and written language.
Ability to make updates to Rockwell and Siemens PLC programs and HMI.
Willingness to travel up to 80% in the Asia/Pacific Region.

Nice to Have

Approximately 3–8 years of working experience in other industries.
