Responsibilities
- Investigate and resolve incidents by identifying root causes and applying solutions for software, hardware, and network-related problems of moderate to high complexity.
- Engage in detailed inquiry, research, and analysis to address and fix minor issues independently.
- Escalate major incidents requiring code modifications or system configuration changes to the Tier 3 Support team.
