EY is hiring a Service Design Consultant to join the GDS Poland team, a key part of our global integrated service delivery network. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, prototype, and implement efficient, user-centered services for leading market players, multinationals, and innovators.
What You'll Do
- Conduct user research to uncover needs and pain points.
- Map processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Create service blueprints, journey maps, and personas.
- Co-create concepts and solutions with stakeholders.
- Prototype and test designs for feasibility and impact.
- Facilitate workshops and collaborative design sessions.
- Monitor service performance and gather feedback.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices.
- Define success metrics and track progress.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
- 3+ years of proven experience in Service Design, Customer Experience design, or Product Design.
- Proficiency in design tools (e.g., Miro, Mural, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite) and ability to prototype and prepare visuals.
- Strong portfolio showcasing your successful service design implementation.
Nice to Have
- Proficiency in additional languages (e.g., German or French).
- Knowledge of User Research, Usability Testing, and Analytics.
- Knowledge of product management and customer experience.
- Experience in working with prototyping tools and graphical software.
