About the Role

Werner Hyundai is hiring a Service Advisor to be at the forefront of the automotive industry. In this role, you'll promote innovative service, parts, and accessories while working with the latest diagnostic technology in our state-of-the-art environment. Reporting to the Service Manager, you will coordinate customer vehicles for servicing, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and maximizing departmental profitability.

What You'll Do

  • Process repair orders, quotes, and invoices.
  • Provide customer support via phone and face-to-face at the dealership.
  • Qualify customer problems and log them for technicians to review.
  • Ensure customer approval for all remedial work to be carried out.
  • Promote our range of vehicle parts and accessories.
  • Coordinate service work internally to adhere to commitments made to customers.
  • Estimate costs and time for work, and maintain customer contact to ensure smooth delivery of the vehicle.

What We're Looking For

  • Prior experience as a service advisor or service writer.
  • You must possess above-average phone and communication skills.
  • You must bring a positive, upbeat attitude and be completely comfortable upselling clients on products and services.
  • Excellent follow-up and follow-through skills to ensure client satisfaction.
  • The ability to communicate technical information in non-technical terms to clients.

Team & Environment
